Video Clipper app for iPhone and iPad

With Video Clipper you can select clips from your videos by tapping on the video when you see something you want to save. Simple as that. When you are done you can save your clips to your Photos and share them with others. Your iPad must be running IOS 8 to use Video Clipper. Video Clipper cannot be used to extract clips from movies you have purchased or rented. It is meant to be used with movies you have recorded on your device, or recorded on a video camera and imported or downloaded onto your device.
